REGISTER – The first step to becoming part of our family is to set up a New Client Profile. Click Here to Register
Once your profile is set up and you are logged in please book an orientation.
WAIT TIMES – We are in high demand. This can often lead to a significant wait times for new clients trying to book a orientation and get the process started. We appreciate your patience in advance.
COMMUNICATION – Our main focus is care for the canines in our care. Often, we are unable to answer the phone so please leave a message. We will return your call as soon as possible. You can also reach us by emailing . Once you are a client, you will receive a text line that can be used for pressing matters and weekend communication. The response time is ~5 minutes.
DAYCARE – We have a multi-step process to allow new dogs into our pack.
Please review our Guidelines and Policies and do your best to ensure that all vaccination and fecal requirements are met in advance. It will help to expedite the process.
LODGING – We integrate our lodging dogs with our daycare dogs. Because of this we have multiple requirements before you can book a reservation and cannot accept last minute new client lodgers. Please read our guidelines and policies https://luckydogcare.com/guidelines-policies/, set up a profile, and book an orientation as soon as possible so that we can get the process started. If your dog is up to date with our required vaccines/fecal and has a recommendation from a similar daycare/lodging facility please email us as we may be able to expedite the process.
ENRICHMENT CLUB – A minimum commitment of 2 days per month is required for all new clients that wish to use our daycare and/or lodging services. This is in addition to the 2 day per month daycare requirement. The reason for this is that we want the same thing that you do, to set the stage for success so that we increase the chance that your dog will thrive in our environment. Consistency with the one on one time and mentally stimulating activities has elevated the experience for the dogs in our care and helps them to acclimate to our facility, gain confidence, and bond with their handlers.
CANINE ACADEMY/PUPPY PRESCHOOL – If you are interested in the Canine Academy and/or Puppy Preschool please fill out your profile and connect with our Canine Academy directly at . We have special orientation times (not listed on our website) for these services and can get you an appointment in a timely manner.
LUCKY SPA – If you are interested in grooming services only, please fill out your profile and email us . We will forward your message to one of our professional groomers so they can find out your specific needs and get your pup scheduled.
