To begin, create your profile on our customer portal by clicking Book Now - I'm A New Customer. Following this, you will need to book an orientation to explore our facility, meet our operations manager, and learn how our services can be customized to suit your dog's unique needs.

We require at least two daycare days per month to establish a consistent routine. To balance active play with rest, we generally limit visits to a maximum of three times per week.

Dogs must be at least 4 months old to join our daycare or lodging programs. If your dog starts attending daycare from 4 months and isn't spayed or neutered by 6 months, we may be able to offer a thoughtful alternative of smaller group activities, until they undergo their spay/neuter surgery.

Your dog will need to have proof of up-to-date Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines. As well as a negative fecal Giardia test (ova and parasites) conducted within the past 4 weeks. While not required at this time, due to supply issues, Canine Influenza is strongly recommended.

To ensure the well-being of all our guests, our policy mandates that dogs must be spayed or neutered by the age of 6 months to participate in lodging and daycare activities. This guideline is rooted in behavioral patterns commonly observed in dogs around this age and aims to maintain optimal group dynamics, manage reproductive concerns, and ensure effective behavior management in our facility. While we acknowledge that veterinarians may advise delaying this procedure until a dog reaches 1 year, our policy specifically addresses the unique challenges and potential issues that arise within our daycare and lodging settings.

Absolutely! Enjoy live streams of our play yards through our app or when logged into your profile, accessible when your dog is checked in.

Our established pick-up and drop-off windows for lodging and daycare services are from 6:45 AM to 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We strictly follow these schedules to ensure the smooth operation of our daycare and the well-being of all our guests.

We understand that these times may not always align with everyone's schedule. While we can occasionally accommodate requests for pick-ups or drop-offs outside our standard hours, our ability to do so is limited. To ensure we can meet your needs while maintaining the quality of care for all guests, please request any alternative arrangements in advance by emailing or texting us. This advance notice is crucial for us to coordinate and confirm the availability of our staff.

Our playgroups are thoughtfully arranged based on play style and energy level rather than size, fostering a harmonious and enjoyable play environment for all dogs.

For the most fulfilling experience, we highly recommend enrolling your dog in one of our add-on services, including the Enrichment Club, Adventure Club, Private Park Adventures, or specific programs from our Canine Academy. These services are designed to enhance your pup's well-being and happiness. Should we observe that your dog could benefit further from our offerings, we may require an additional service to ensure they achieve optimal enjoyment and development. Absolutely! Our Luckydog app is designed as a one-stop solution for your convenience. Perfect for live viewing of our daycare webcams, it lets you peek at your dog's activities during daycare hours. The app simplifies several tasks – upload your dog's vaccine records, stay informed with important messages, easily book or modify reservations, and explore a variety of other helpful functionalities.

If traditional daycare isn't a fit, our Adventure Club or Private Park Adventures might be the perfect alternative. These small-group excursions to local natural settings provide a unique and stimulating experience.

We welcome grooming requests for daycare bookings. Availability varies, so each request is considered on a case-by-case basis. We also offer training options like off-site Leash Training from Wednesday to Sunday.
