This year, due to high demand, we added two additional VIP Suites to our lodging options, ensuring more dogs could enjoy the ultimate lodging experience. These spacious accommodations include many of our popular add-on services, such as one-on-one enrichment, story time, and Kong treats, offering personalized care for each guest. These thoughtful details make every stay relaxing, engaging, and truly special.

Lucky Spa Expansion: A Relaxing Touch

In 2024, we expanded our grooming team with the additions of Lindsey and Bren, who bring unique skills and a shared passion for providing excellent care. To enhance the grooming experience further, we introduced a quiet cutting room, an idea born from our commitment to creating a more relaxing environment for your dogs. These upgrades help to ensure that every dog feels comfortable and cared for during their visit to the Lucky Spa.

Making Waves with Our New Pool

The addition of our 24’ above-ground pool has been one of the most exciting and impactful changes this year. It quickly became a favorite among not just our dogs but also their pet parents. Watching them splash, play, and engage in this new activity has been incredibly rewarding. The pool has transformed our daycare offerings, providing a unique way to keep your dogs cool, active, and entertained.

Commitment to Excellence

We proudly celebrated Jill Hunter, the recipient of Luckydog's scholarship for the prestigious Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Program. This program, rooted in force-free, positive reinforcement methods, aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing the best care and training for your dogs. Jill’s dedication to advancing her skills and bringing this knowledge back to Luckydog reflects her passion for your dogs’ well-being and helps us continue raising the bar in canine care and training.

Expanded Play Spaces

Thanks to the generosity of our incredible clients, we secured a new Private Park Adventures play area in addition to the 400 acres of private land we already use for Off-Leash Adventures. With exclusive rights to this land, we strive to offer a safer environment for your dogs to explore and enjoy. This addition provides even more opportunities for your dogs to experience nature and adventure in secure and enriching settings.

Communicating Who We Are

This year, we upgraded our website to better communicate who we are and what we do. While these improvements have enhanced access to information, the real transformation will come in April 2025, with the launch of our modern booking platform, Goose. This user-friendly system will make it easier than ever to customize your dog’s experience and update profile information from the comfort of home. By simplifying these processes, we can focus more on what we do best—providing the highest level of care for your dogs.

Discounted Subscriptions: A Step Toward Memberships

This year, we introduced discounted subscription options, offering reduced pricing in exchange for a commitment to consistency in attendance for your dogs. These subscriptions make it easier for regular users to plan visits and serve as a precursor to the new membership program launching in April 2025. This upcoming, more sophisticated system will allow you to customize the membership that best suits your needs—all from the comfort of your home. Details about the new membership program will be shared as the launch date gets closer, and we are excited to provide you with an even more tailored experience for your dogs.
